Hey!
I’m Aylen, a graphic designer and communication specialist now based in Copenhagen.

What began as a focus on graphic design naturally evolved into a broader exploration of communication, touching content creation, UX/UI, campaigns, research, and digital projects that brought strategy and creativity together. This path has allowed me to develop and take part in a variety of projects and teams, as well as lead my own end to end initiatives.

Originally from the south of Argentina, I’m a creative thinker with a strong analytical mindset, passionate about digital experiences, meaningful narratives, and problem-solving. I combine design, strategy, and empathy to connect ideas, people, and cultures.

What inspired you to become a designer?

A mix of curiosity, communication, design trends, and a need to express myself visually inspired me. I started studying marketing, but quickly realized I loved how design brings strategies to life and connects with users.

How did your design journey begin?

After graduating in 2013, I launched Bendito Diseño, creating decorative vinyls for homes and markets in my city. Over five years, I grew it from a small project to a nationwide business, handling everything from design to printing. This taught me entrepreneurship, resilience, and the joy of building from scratch.

Where are you from, and how did you end up in Copenhagen?

I’m originally from the south of Argentina, a beautiful place in Patagonia called Viedma, where the river meets the sea and the sunsets are my favorite spot. Life, challenges, and a big dream of discovering new cultures brought me to Copenhagen, along with a desire to explore new ways of working and living.

How do you approach problem-solving in design?

I believe the work around the design: research, data collection, interviews, and clear briefs, is key. This process guides me to solutions that are meaningful, well founded, and effective.
